About Tokyo Islands, seven of them have their special character.
I had a planned diving trip near Hachijo Island. When I want to get on the back ferry I was told the ferry was canceled due to fierce wave that Japanese called “Haru Arashi”(Spring Storm).
So I have at least one more day to stay in the island. The first thing I did is to have my body in the Onsen.
Then drink Hachijo Milk.
Here is Hachijo Botanical Garden.
There is a guide map.
In the greenhouse there are a lot of plants.
I also had a chance to visit a flower farm.
I was allowed to take some flower and made a flower ring.
I also played Taiko(Japanese drum), which often occurs in Matsuri(Japanese festival).
The last time I went to a zen styled tea house to drink Japanese tea.
With full of happiness, I left Hachijo Island.
To access Hachijo Island, you can take a ferry in Takeshiba Ferry Terminal in Tokyo, or take ANA flight.
