Studio Ghibli, or more well known as “Hayao Miyazaki’ s studio”, has been supplying us many interesting masterpiece animation.
Located in Mitaka, west of Tokyo, Ghibli Museum gives us another wonderful world to show how Miyazaki created My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, etc.
A sunny day, I went there. The first to come into my eyes is a building surrounding by trees.
After seeing many collections inside, I went out to the roof.
Wow, Howl! It is huge and it is the only one taking-photo-allowed animation character.
Along the stairs I saw a cute window, I really want to have the same house as this.
Finally, of course I have a lunch in the restaurant in the museum.
Sayonara! I will come again soon.
To go to the museum you can take JR line from Shinjuku to Mitaka. Or you can take Keio line from Shijuku and Shibuya to Inokashira-koen.
