Hutong is another Beijing

Posted by

In Beijing Hutong exists in old building zones. As this mega city extend its border day by day, Hutong is increasingly going out people’s eyes.

So I made a route to walk along some important Hutongs to this city.

A. China Railway Museum used to be a true railway station . In those days to build a modern railway station just in front of empire is really a difficult thing.

B. Paifang is often considered as a gate of a community. It seems Beijing citizens like closed community so much that they build a lot of large community here and there.
